My homebrewing journey started with a tour of Stone Brewing in San Diego. I instantly fell in love with the process of making beer. That same weekend, I bought a cheap $100 homebrewing kit online and brewed my first batch.
Since then, things have taken off exponentially. Just two years in, I’ve brewed over 40 batches—some incredible, and some that were definitely learning experiences. Along the way, I built a dedicated brewing shed and invested heavily in my equipment. I now have the capacity to keep 5 beers on tap and ferment up to 4 batches at once, with the ability to ferment 2 cold, 2 hot, or all 4 together. This allows to brew different styles with different needs.
I’m constantly brewing, experimenting, learning new styles and techniques, and finding ways to improve every batch.

Hazy IPA
Currently fermenting. Will be ready end of September
Tropical Vice Smash
A bold and simple Vic Secret SMASH built around premium 2-row malt and a heavy dose of Vic Secret hops. Expect bright tropical fruit, citrus, and a clean, crisp malt backbone, fermented with Voss Kveik for a fast, characterful finish. Pretty bitter on the edge of your tongue
I'm letting it age as it has a pretty strong bite on the tongue.
Alt Ego
German altbeir. Beer is conditioning. Early tasting yielded good results. Beer will be ready at the end of September when Octoberfest starts.
GET WIT IT
A very light-bodied Belgian Witbier with a crisp, refreshing character and a delicate orange-peel flavor on the palate. Subtle Belgian yeast notes and gentle citrus hop character round it out, making this an easy-drinking, bright, and refreshing beer.
Watermelon Wheat
Beer is fermenting. Will be ready at the end of September.
Rialto IPA
A bold, hop-forward American ale brewed with a blend of Citra, Galaxy, Centennial, Cascade, and CTZ. BRY-97 yeast lets the hops shine, delivering bright citrus, tropical fruit, and resinous character with a clean, crisp finish.
This one will get re-created later in the year for the holiday season.
